Yip Yip Yarn Bowl

I have to share the most adorable crochet accessory I recently purchased. It’s a Yip Yip Yarn Bowl! Handmade by Huron Shores Pottery and shipped to me all the way from Ontario!

The Yip Yips were one of my favorite Sesame Street characters so I was super excited when I spotted these yarn bowls. Last October I flew to Toronto, Canada to meet up with a few of my fellow crochet designer friends and visit the Spinrite marketing office.

On a whim the girls and I decided to drive over to the Woolstock Fleece Festival in Paris, Ontario. There were 3 buildings of vendors who were selling a variety of yarn industry items. As soon as I walked in, the Huron Shores Pottery booth caught my eye. I laid eyes on these Yip Yip Yarn Bowls and told them to take my money! You have to agree, it’s the yarn accessory we never knew we needed!

After I posted the Yip Yip Yarn Bowl on social media, there has been a huge interest on where to purchase.

Here is how you can order:
Head to the Huron Shores Pottery Website www.huronshorespottery.ca and subscribe to their newsletter. They will let you know when they are doing a restock drop of the yip yips and when the next batch is made. Right now they are aiming for late February. Remember that each one of these is handmade!
