If you haven’t popped on over to Yarnspirations.com lately, you are missing out. Their pattern library is HUGE with lots of new and free patterns that are ready for immediate download! I spotted this Sloth a few weeks ago and finally got a chance to get him on my hook! The pattern calls for Red Heart with Love (which is a great yarn) but my current obsession is Bernat Velvet yarn and I happened to have just the right brown and grays in my stash to make this ultra soft and squishy sloth!!

You only need one skein of Bernat Velvet in brown (mushroom) for the entire body. Then I used white and gray for the face embellishments and the toes. I used a size H hook with this yarn.

You can shop Bernat Velvet RIGHT HERE on Yarnspirations.com and you can get the free sloth pattern RIGHT HERE on Yarnspirations.com!

He has so much personality! I love his little round head and cute smile! And his super long legs and arms makes him so huggable and perfect for cuddling. From top to bottom he is 27 inches long!

Let us know if you make a super soft and squishy sloth! Tag @RepeatCrafterMe and @Yarnspirations on social media!
